These Terms govern the use of the FotoMemoris platform. By creating an event, you agree to the conditions described here.

By creating an event on FotoMemoris, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the platform. Continuing to use after Terms change means accepting the new Terms.
You are responsible for the information in your account and for the event you create. Don't use the platform for illegal purposes, to violate third-party rights, or to distribute illegal, offensive, or privacy-violating content.
As a host, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect photos and videos from your event's guests. You define the event rules (privacy, retention, moderation) and communicate them to guests.
FotoMemoris does not manually review every photo but reserves the right to remove clearly illegal content.
Event price depends on the contracted capacity. Payment processed by Mercado Pago. A refund can be requested within 7 days of purchase, as long as the event hasn't started yet. Once the event has started, no refund is available.
The platform is provided "as is". We make every reasonable effort to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the event.
